The ground floor villa comprises of 3 bedrooms in total with 2 bathrooms (1 of which is an en suite to main bedroom). The property also has a large lounge/dining area with a double metal action pull down sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use. All 3 bedrooms have air-conditioning and the lounge/dining area has a ceiling fan with a stand alone oscilating fan. The main bedroom has a TV with DVD player and is connected to cable TV. The lounge has a TV with cable TV. Recreational activities available with the villa include a cross trainer, private swimming pool and trekking to the nearby elephant sanctury. The villa has a kitchen which has a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and cooker. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware and basic cooking utensils. Smoking in the villa is NOT permitted. Pets are also not welcome. Not suitable for wheelchairs.
