Please ask the owner should your request be to rent out both floors

Payment is in advance either via secure paypal or by deposit into our THAILAND/UK/AUSTRALIAN or SOUTH AFRICAN bank account. A deposit of 100GBP will be held till after your stay and fully refunded if there are no breakages or excessive electricity charges).  Please e mail for details glenn@ganddconsultants.com 

Please note there is an allowance of 40 units per day for electricity (If you leave air cons on 24 hours you will exceed this as well as risk damage to the air con units - there will then be an additional charge of 8 Baht per unit which will be payable from your deposit , please view the extras tab). There is also a fan available for your convenience if air cons make you feel unwell. During your stay, you can contact 0897457659 office hours - should you have any emergencies or when you are ready to check out and return keys.
